Share your booking link
Your booking link is the page where customers pick a service, their vehicle and a time. It only works if people see it, so put it everywhere customers already find you.
Find your link
- Go to Settings → Public booking page.
- Make sure Enable public booking is on.
- Your link is
detailvio.com/book/followed by your Booking slug. Change the slug to something short and recognisable, likeapex-auto-spa, then click Save booking settings. - Use the link on that screen to open your page and check it.
Booking settings worth checking
- Page title
- The heading customers see, for example “Book your detail”.
- Minimum notice
- How far ahead customers must book, in minutes. 120 means no bookings less than two hours away.
- Booking horizon
- How many days ahead customers can book.
- Slot interval
- How often start times appear, for example every 30 minutes.
- Buffer between jobs
- Time kept free after each job for cleanup or travel.
- Allow same-day booking
- Turn on if you take last-minute jobs.
- Auto-confirm bookings
- On: bookings confirm straight away. Off: you approve each one first.
- Hide page from search engines
- Turn on if you don’t want your booking page showing up in Google.
Where to share it
- Instagram bio. Edit your profile, add the link, and mention it in your bio: “Book online ↓”. Point to it in your captions and stories.
- Google Business Profile. In your profile, add it as your booking or website link, so people who find you on Google Maps can book straight away.
- Facebook page. Add it to your page's website field or as a “Book now” button.
- Text and DM replies. When someone asks “how much” or “do you have Saturday”, reply with your link. They see your prices and open times without the back and forth.
- Your website, if you have one. Add a “Book now” button that goes to your link.
Tips
- Test the link on your phone before you share it. Most customers will open it from Instagram.
- Save a quick reply on your phone with your link so you can paste it in seconds.
- Changing your slug changes your link. Update it everywhere you’ve shared it.
