Set up your services and prices
Your services are what customers book: “Full interior”, “1-stage paint correction”, “Ceramic coating, 3-year”. Each one has a price, a duration and optional add-ons. The more accurate these are, the fewer surprises when the car shows up.
Add a service
- Go to Services in the sidebar.
- Click to add a new service.
- Fill in:
- Name: what customers will see, for example “Full interior detail”.
- Category: groups services on your booking page, for example Interior, Exterior, Protection.
- Description: what's included. Short and specific works best: “Vacuum, shampoo seats and mats, clean glass, dress plastics.”
- Base price: what you charge for this service.
- Duration: how long the job takes you. This blocks the right amount of time on your calendar.
- Save the service. It now appears in your service catalog and on your booking page.
Price by vehicle size
A truck takes longer than a coupe, and your prices probably reflect that. Detailvio supports separate prices for each vehicle size. When a customer books, they pick their vehicle and see the right price.

Add add-ons
Add-ons are optional extras customers can tick when they book, like “Pet hair removal” or “Engine bay clean”.
- Open the service in Services.
- Add an add-on with a Name, Description, Price and Added minutes (the extra time it adds to the job).
- Save. Customers see it under Extras when they book.
Checklists
Each service can have a checklist your team follows on the job, for example “Vacuum, shampoo seats, clean glass, dress plastics”. When a car is checked in, the checklist is copied onto the job so every step gets ticked off. Checklists are on Solo and Shop.
Archive a service
Stopped offering something? Archive it in Services. It disappears from your booking page, but past bookings keep their details.
- Price add-ons for the time they actually take. “Added minutes” keeps your calendar honest.
- Use clear names. “Ceramic coating, 3-year” is easier to choose than “Gold package”.
- Customers see the estimated total and duration before they confirm, so get your durations right first.
